I’m not always strong

I’m not always shiny and bright and put together

Sometimes I cannot smile

It seems The brighter I shine the more conflict I create Maybe I should just fade away into the background

But that is not the place for me

I want out of this place 

I want to go far away from the reminder of pain, but the pain has taught me to love myself it’s brought me gifts I couldn’t have otherwise imagined
