Seek the truth in everything you do

Seek the truth in everything you consciously ponder, and say.

Truth is everything

Even when it’s painful, the truth can move you to a place of healing, of re-discovery, and of new ideas. Truth always creates a reaction.

It’s up to you how you will react to truth. Will you deny it, or will you embrace it as a teachable and non-judgmental friend? Truth doesn’t judge. Truth just states the facts.

The facts are nuggets of conscious and subconscious gold. Why do I say subconscious? Because the truth is- it lies within the soul , it rests in the past, it frolics in the future, and  it resonates in the presence. Truth is the answer for everybody as it is the perfect balance from which to act upon, 

to ponder from to take action and reaction to understanding .
